4. Pricing, Orders, and Payment
All prices listed on the Carino website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time.
- Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraud.
- Limit the quantity of items purchased per individual, household, or order.
Order Acceptance: An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
Payment Methods: We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and Carino Gift Cards. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy (Gold Jewellery Only)
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return for eligible gold and diamond jewellery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
- A clear unboxing video must be provided, showing the intact seal and the product being opened.
- Personalized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds may take 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
Non-Receipt Claims
Claims for missing products or empty boxes must be submitted within *24 hours of delivery, along with a full *unboxing video including the original seal. Delayed claims may not be entertained.
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback (within 5 years)
We proudly offer lifetime value through exchange or buyback options on eligible purchases:
Exchange:
- Gold value will be assessed at the prevailing market rate (adjusted for 24K purity).
- 100% value of diamonds/stones/pearls paid will be credited.
- Making charges and taxes are non-refundable.
- Exchange value can be credited to your Carino Wallet or used as a discount on a future purchase.
Buyback:
- Gold valued at prevailing market rate.
- 90% of the original price paid for stones and embellishments.
- GST and making charges will be deducted.
- Additional 3% processing fee will be applied.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Note: Heavily damaged items, missing parts (stones/certificates), or signs of tampering may lead to deduction or rejection.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all products within the stipulated timeframe mentioned on each product page. However, unforeseen delays may occur.
Shipping details and tracking will be provided post-dispatch. Carino is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or factors beyond our control.
7. Product Authenticity & Documentation
Every piece of Carino Jewellery is accompanied by:
- An official invoice
- An authenticity certificate (IGI/SGL where applicable)
To avail of any return, exchange, buyback, or warranty services, original documentation must be presented. We do not accept scanned or photocopied certificates.
8. Warranty Policy
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on all gold and diamond jewellery covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include:
- Damage due to mishandling, accident, or negligence
- Natural wear and tear
- Loss of stones or change in surface finish over time
In case repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of equal value, subject to our sole discretion.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful activity
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or Carino representatives

- Valid on all Carino online platforms.
- Cannot be redeemed for coins, utensils, or idols.
- Once issued, gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Orders placed using gift cards cannot be modified.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the Carino Wallet only.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Carino makes no guarantees that your use of the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
